Oblivion Mod:PCS Library/Obscured or submerged part of character invisible below water and behind cobwebs

Problem

When the PC is partially submerged, the part of the body below water appears invisible or disappears. The same occurs when the PC is obscured by cobwebs.

Cause - OBGE v2 Bug

This is or a known bug with an earlier version of the OBGEv2.dll version 2 (a part of the Oblivion Graphics Extender Project).

Solution: Upgrade OBGE. Only the core is necessary to acquire the main OBGE DLL.

Note: The name of the core DLL is still OBGEv2.dll.
