Malacath's Shrine is a Daedric shrine north of Anvil. It is west of Fort Sutch and northwest of Lord Drad's Estate.
Ghorub gro-Ugdub, Mug gro-Murgak, and Shobob gro-Rugdush can be found worshipping here. Shobob gro-Rugdush begins the related quest, Malacath, once you reach level 10; to proceed, an offering of troll fat must be made to the shrine.
Two benches and a lectern with two lit candles are in front of the shrine, with two additional lit candles on a rock nearby. A non-respawning chest containing minor loot is just behind the shrine.
