Rels Tenim

Rels Tenim is a hostile Dark Elf knight hiding in Shallit with his gang of four other criminals. He has a bounty on his head, posted by the Fighters Guild. Per a note found on his desk, Rels and his gang have struck an uneasy bargain with the ancient vampire Marara, leading unwary adventurers to her tomb so she leaves them alone.
