A plaque honoring an Order of the Hour knight
Cavor Merula, warrior-priest of Akatosh, revived the Order of the Hour in Kvatch in 2E 432 in response to the coming of the Longhouse Emperors. His devotion and guardianship remains the cornerstone of the Order's mission.
