Matt Picioccio was a programmer at Bethesda Game Studios in the early 2000s, with credits on The Elder Scrolls titles including Morrowind and Oblivion.[2] Outside of gaming, Picioccio has a noted interest in chorus.[3]

  • Morrowind — In his own words, Picioccio "designed and developed the magic system, 24-hour sky and weather rendering, refactoring and feature additions to many gameplay systems including animation control and user interface, and all user interface, control, and gameplay modifications needed for the Xbox version."[1]
  • Oblivion — Picioccio "designed and developed the region editor and content generation tool, foliage generation and rendering based on SpeedTree technology, facial and lip-synch generation and rendering using third-party tools."[1]
