Ovacca, Tracked

Just north of the Bruma Stables you will come across a small campsite by a frozen lake. Mucky Ovacca resides here and is in need of your help: she has defected from Thorina's Cutters and the gang has sent an enforcer, Retching Cornelius, to execute her. If you agree to kill him, for a reward, Ovacca will point you towards an unmarked point deep in Jeralls, southeast of Bruma. While you head off, she will relocate to The Restful Watchman and await your return there.

From Bruma, head to the Eastern Watchtower and then take the road south, pressing on past Toadstool Hollow. Once you arrive at Greenwood, head east and cross the river using the wooden planks over the ruined Ayleid bridge. The dirt track on the opposite end carries you past Anga and up a steep mountain. At the top is a small campsite with Cornelius, a Cutter sharpshooter and two hunting dogs.

It's a tough fight, as Cornelius expertly wields a two-handed weapon and will regenerate health regularly, so try to kill off the dogs and archer beforehand. Once he's dead, head back to Bruma to collect your leveled gold reward from Ovacca, who will announce her intention to move to the Imperial City and disappear from the game.
