Defeat the Ancient Wamasu, the Lamia Songstress, and the Lamia Queen.
Complete Veteran Arx Corinium by defeating the Fanged Menace, Ganakton the Tempest, Sliklenia the Songstress, Matron Ixniaa, the Ancient Lurcher, and Sellistrix the Lamia Queen.

Arx Corinium Vanquisher and Arx Corinium Conqueror are awarded for clearing Arx Corinium. Only the Ancient Wamasu, the Lamia Songstress, and the Lamia Queen are required for the non-veteran achievement, but for the veteran achievement you must defeat all 6 bosses in addition to running it in veteran mode. If you complete Arx Corinium Conqueror, you will automatically receive Arx Corinium Vanquisher at the same time if you have not already done so. Either achievement will earn you a Trophy: Sellistrix (page) for your home, and the Conqueror achievement will also earn you a Bust: Sellistrix the Lamia Queen (page)
